The Boy in the Church

March 11 - 14, 2018

The award-winning show, The Boy in the Church, will be revived for the first time since its premiere in 2016. A modernization of Victor Hugo's "The Hunchback of Norte Dame," the play is set in Depression-Era Alabama and follows the trials of Peter, a Jewish writer, Estelle, a Black entertainer, and Q, a deformed boy locked away in the church, as they navigate the confines of their society.
